PosManageToolBar	References to all the items on the toolbar, and 2 methods to gray out and un-gray out toobar buttons depending on if there is no PosView open or at least one PosView open
PosToolBar	This class is not a subclass of JComponent or JPanel and has a reference to the JToolBar to put on the screen, so you can't add an instance of this class to a Layout (add the JToolBar returned from buildPosJToolBar() to the Layout).
